Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,
In the eighth wellness session the discussion will discuss your relationship with oneself and those around you. When I say relationship with oneself, it is how you view of yourself.
When you step back and look at yourself, what do you see? Relationship success is being confident, self assured and content with who you are as a person when your in a group setting. True relationship success is allowing other people to live their uniqueness by simple accepting them. Relationship success is about harmony, peace and unconditional love.
Set standards for yourself and commit to them. Have high expectations in a realistic reach. Be aware of your strength and weaknesses without judgement. Have awareness, don't be distracted by everything and everyone. Awareness happens when you completely focus.
Love others as you love yourself. To do this you have to know yourself. Love yourself, so someone else can. Would you marry yourself? Focus on your gift and giving it. Don't worry about receiving.
Learn how to accept change. Opportunities require change. In any process, something will change. Have a positive mindset to allow change to happen for growth. There is a change taking the next step; because it is a different step or new direction.
Success is taking a stand for what you believe in. It is not about the job title you want. It is about what you want to accomplish. Your passion, what lights the fire inside you. Give yourself permission to be successful.
Create a plan with steps. Imagine these steps like having living flowing water running down them to enrich your life. How to reach out to others for them to know the flowing water as well.
Shift your mind to create a new mission and purpose. Make a system diagram to move you forward. In the system it has to be measurable with a time and a place. The link to the next step. Give yourself a deadline. Don't give yourself any allowance for excuses. Focus on getting better than being good. If your learning something new, it takes time. It takes time to process the information; then time to apply it. What do you want to accomplish? Where is your focus? What made you stop before? Why do you want accomplish this? How are you going to get there? When is this going to be accomplished?
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Quit fighting being uncomfortable. Jump into it, take the leap of faith. What does your success look like?
